Hours: 08.00-18.00 (Monday to Friday in office)


Our client, a boutique high-end property investment company based in Harrow, is seeking a dynamic and organised Personal Assistant and Office Manager to support the CEO and oversee office operations. This role offers a great learning opportunity for the right candidate to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning, manage administrative tasks, and support strategic initiatives. An interest in real estate is welcomed.


The ideal candidate will be a key operational support for the company. We are looking for candidates with experience in Office Management, Personal Assistance, and Project Coordination. Responsibilities include ensuring daily operations run seamlessly, providing executive support, tracking projects meticulously, and overseeing HR functions.


  1. Use multiple IT platforms such as Trello and Asana
  2. Take accurate, well-presented minutes in meetings
  3. Attend senior and Board meetings
  4. Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  5. Coordinate internal and external communications
  6. Arrange car servicing, insurance renewals, and registrations
  7. Book travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  8. Check in all travelling guests and accommodate specific travel needs
  9. Circulate meeting notes and action points, and follow up accordingly
  10. Utilise multiple apps and platforms including Trello, Asana, and MS Word/Docs
