Executive PA / Office Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £60,000 + £5,000 bonus potential + excellent benefits

Are you an organised, proactive professional with a knack for supporting senior leaders and managing vibrant office environments? We're looking for an exceptionally capable Executive PA / Office Manager to join a respected leadership team in Central London.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide seamless executive support while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a unique, multi-use office space that includes client-facing areas, an internal gym, and private residential quarters. You'll be at the heart of maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a top-tier workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Team Support

  • Provide trusted EA support to partners, managing complex diaries, international travel, and expenses

  • Handle front-of-house duties such as welcoming guests and preparing meeting spaces

  • Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks

  • Coordinate internal events, offsites, and team socials

Office & Facilities Management

  • Oversee all aspects of a multi-use property including meeting rooms, communal spaces, gym, and tenant office

  • Manage stock, supplies, catering coordination, and housekeeping services

  • Serve as the primary contact for repairs, contractors, and building service providers

Liaison & Vendor Management

  • Maintain key supplier relationships, including accountants, legal advisers, IT support, and contractors

  • Act as the point of contact for the tenant office to ensure smooth communication and support

  • Significant experience in Executive Assistant or Office Management roles, ideally within fast-paced, professional settings

  • Impeccable organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively

  • A proactive, service-minded approach with exceptional discretion and attention to detail
