PA/Administrator – Investment Management. To £40,000

This friendly, well established and highly regarded financial services organisation has an excellent reputation and is considered a leader in their field.

They are now looking for an experienced PA/Administrator to work with their Private Client Directors.

Duties:

  1. Assist the Private Client Directors with the day-to-day running of their clients' affairs.
  2. Prepare paperwork for new members and existing clients, liaising with the Compliance Team and other divisions as required.
  3. Provide cover within the Private Client Directors Assistant team, ensuring all calls are handled or messages taken when the Director is unavailable.
  4. Attend individual and group meetings whenever possible.
  5. Assist with the collection and payment of losses and cash calls.
  6. Assist with the release and payment of profits and surplus funds.
  7. Help manage and maintain funds.
  8. Ensure understanding of investment requirements and support Private Client Directors accordingly.
  9. Report any potential breaches of regulation or compliance issues, including money laundering, immediately to the Compliance/Money Laundering officer.
