SSE plc is seeking a Project Planner to support onshore renewables across wind farm development, construction and life-extension projects. Using Primavera P6, you’ll develop robust schedules and help keep projects on track, working with Project Services and capital projects teams.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with Flexible First options and a salary of £44,000 to £65,900 plus benefits; locations include Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Perth, with some flexibility to work at other SSER

Qualifications

Proven experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site execution.
Experience using Primavera P6 for complex programmes.
Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts, delays, and claims.
Documented projects with defined roles and deliverables.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules across full project lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to reflect conditions and sequencing.
Identify critical paths, delays, and risks; support mitigation strategies.
Conduct delay analysis and assess time impact of changes and claims.
Provide planning reports and insights to inform decisions and performance.
