Teamforce Labour are currently seeking a P6 Planner for a Permanent position in North West London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project programmes, ensuring accurate progress reporting and supporting the project management team in achieving delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure programmes reflect the current scope and progress.
  • Analyse critical paths, float, and risk to highlight potential issues and opportunities.
  • Produce progress reports, dashboards, and project forecasts for internal and client reviews.
  • Support tender planning and baseline programme development.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client planning standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner within the construction, infrastructure, or rail sectors.
  • Proficient user of Primavera P6 (essential).
  • Strong understanding of project controls, earned value management, and progress measurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and integrate information from multiple disciplines.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
