  • Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and virtually;
  • Participate in various business generation activities such as bids and proposals, and work closely alongside senior management and the wider Turner & Townsend team;
  • Support marketing and social media campaigns (employee advocacy) where appropriate;

The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in line with the below, but we are open to enthusiastic and ambitious individuals from all backgrounds who want to pursue a successful consultancy career, keen on enabling clients to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience;
  • Experience in the establishment or transformation of project ‘ways of working’;
  • Experience in the specification or implementation of project controls or P3M technology;
  • Experience of major capital programmes or large portfolios;

  • Experience of business capability establishment or change;
  • APM, PMI or similar certification or equivalent experience would be advantageous;

Key expected behaviours and ways of working:

  • Take personal responsibility to complete actions and resolve issues;
  • Able to build strong, professional internal and client relationships;
  • Possess an analytical mindset;
  • Able to express ideas with clarity, sticking to the key points;

  • Able to show clear determination to achieve goals that have been set;
  • Able to remain resilient despite obstacles, disappointments, or challenges at work;
