What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Third Party Risk Analyst to join our growing team.

Day to Day You’ll Be:
  • Create, maintain, and distribute TPRM reports for internal and external review and action.
  • Collaborate to develop and improve TPRM data and reporting to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Analyze TP performance through MI, highlighting and escalating issues.
  • Provide insights on TP performance to stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders on TPRM requirements and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate review meetings with TPs and stakeholders, maintaining action plans and risk logs.
  • Maintain the TU TP Inventory, including onboarding new TPs.
  • Keep TP governance and risk documentation up-to-date.
  • Create and maintain TP scorecards.
  • Manage and escalate TP compliance matters.
  • Monitor supply chain and subcontracting risks, maintaining relevant lists and promoting remedial actions.
  • Assist in remediating internal audit actions with stakeholders.
  • Improve adherence to TPRM policies and standards.
  • Enhance supplier performance monitoring processes.
  • Follow up on deviations in conduct, risk, or compliance.
  • Provide insights to Procurement for sourcing and renewal decisions.
  • Create and update business toolkits like policies and templates.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience as an analyst with an interest in TP management.
  • Experience in TPRM, Supplier Management, or Risk Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management.
  • Well organized, able to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
  • Flexible, proactive, and innovative problem solver.
  • Relevant qualification or commercial experience.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of analytics software like Power BI.
