P/T Sales and Business Development Lead (Home working)

My client, a transport operator based in Tewkesbury, is looking to recruit a Part-time Sales and Business Development Lead to identify and develop business opportunities for the company. This is a home-working position, offering flexibility with hours, possibly 4-5 hours a day over 5 days.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

1. Researching and prospecting new customers
2. Contacting lapsed customers and developing new business relationships
3. Upselling to existing clients

As a suitable candidate, you will offer the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the transport industry
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and develop working relationships
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate information and numerical data, and a good commercial awareness

The pay rate will be approximately £13-£14 an hour.
