  • Supporting the annual budget and monthly forecasting process
  • Supervising the Purchase Ledger team (2 assistants) and overseeing supplier payments and reconciliations
  • Managing credit card and expense processing in line with company policy
  • Supporting audit preparation and ensuring compliance with internal controls

  • Part-qualified, fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/CA), or qualified by experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, data analysis functions)
  • Confident communicator - able to explain financial data clearly to non-finance colleagues
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Purchase-to-Pay systems (desirable)
On Offer

This is a part-time (30 hours per week) permanent role, based in Edinburgh, with hybrid working (1 day per week in the office). The role offers:
  • Flexible working pattern (spread across 4 or 5 days - to suit you)
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • 26 days holiday + bank holidays, with additional service days after 5 years
