About the Company

A well-established strategic branding and creative agency is seeking a hands-on Demand Marketer to help drive its next stage of expansion.

With a strong brand foundation, high client satisfaction, and a clear strategic direction, this is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who thrives on autonomy and enjoys shaping and executing campaigns that deliver measurable growth.

You’ll take ownership of demand generation and marketing activity – planning and running lead generation campaigns, creating compelling content, building engagement with key prospects, and supporting brand visibility through digital channels and events. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling reach and momentum.

This role offers a balance of strategic influence and hands‑on delivery – perfect for someone from a B2B background (either agency or in‑house) who values flexibility, creativity, and impact.

Description

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the agency’s marketing and growth initiatives. You’ll develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns to increase inbound opportunities, strengthen the brand presence, and support business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns to reach target audiences
  • Create and coordinate high‑quality content, from case studies to email campaigns
  • Manage outreach via LinkedIn and email using modern marketing tools
  • Coordinate advertising and paid social activity (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Support marketing‑led events such as webinars, roundtables, and small in‑person sessions
  • Develop and test automation workflows for nurturing and follow‑up
  • Track performance data and provide insights to refine marketing efforts
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and support the alignment of marketing and sales activity
Experience

You’re an experienced marketing professional who combines creativity with analytical thinking. You thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and are confident managing campaigns from concept to delivery.

  • Experience in paid media for lead generation
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering B2B marketing campaigns
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Mailchimp
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating small events or marketing activations
  • A proactive, organised, and self‑driven approach
  • A collaborative mindset and values grounded in creativity and clarity
