A leading financial services company in the UK is seeking a BI Manager to lead a high-performing team. You will drive innovation and analytical excellence, guiding the design of user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and expertise in BI tools, including Power BI. The role
You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of BI Analysts and Developers, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and excellence, through coaching and mentoring, you’ll build capability and drive continuous improvement along with managing resources strategically, balancing team capacity with evolving business priorities. Your ability to prioritise and align workloads will ensure timely, high-impact delivery across the organisation.
Being a technical expert in Power BI, guiding the design, development, and optimisation of insightful, user-friendly dashboards and reports. Your hands-on expertise will ensure best practices are followed and outputs are both scalable and impactful.
You will champion analytical excellence, embedding governance and quality assurance to maintain accuracy and compliance. You’ll also empower your team through development frameworks, reduce key-person risk, and foster collaboration across BI and business teams. You will drive innovation, manage risk, and act as a key escalation point, ensuring BI remains customer-centric, future-focused, and a trusted partner to the business.
