This Graduate Programme offers a broad range of invaluable skills and experiences to kick-start your HR career.

You will work within an experienced team, receiving mentoring from senior HR professionals. Through hands-on work, you will gain knowledge and experience to develop core skills in HR compliance, including employment law and employment tax, supporting the implementation of programs from our global centres of excellence.

Job Purpose
  1. Serve as the point of contact for immigration Right to Work (RTW) checks.
  2. Create and implement robust processes for immigration RTW checks ensuring legal compliance.
  3. Ensure all RTW checks for non-UK nationals are completed and tracked.
  4. Update documentation and checklists; train the team on new processes.
  5. Assist the UK Head of Employment and Expatriate Taxes with compliance tasks such as reviewing payroll calculations, relocation costs, and company share/equity events.
  6. Handle Post Employment Notice Pay calculations.
  7. Maintain tracking systems for employees working overseas on personal travel.
  8. Raise purchase orders and manage vendor relations.
  9. Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  10. Shadow senior staff to assist with projects and deliverables.
  11. Support P&O initiatives with project management and logistical support.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, tax/finance, or employment law.
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities.
  • Motivation to gain HR/employment tax experience.
  • Transferable skills such as time management and teamwork.
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently.
  • Analytical thinking with strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
  • Effective prioritization skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior managers.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word (advanced level), Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Additional Information

Please be willing and able to live within a commutable distance to White City, London. The internship supports hybrid working, with at least 3 days in the office per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
