About the role
Balfour Beatty is seeking a P&C Design Engineer to join their Power T&D team in Newcastle or Leeds. The role involves engineering control and protection designs for electrical substation projects, requiring extensive knowledge of electrical engineering applications, power system technologies, and protection systems.
The engineer should have comprehensive knowledge of protection and control systems for high voltage power transmission, experience in interpreting diagrams and drawings, and familiarity with standards and quality assurance.
