Job Description
Reporting to the P-8A Training Delivery Manager, the P-8A Aircrew Course Designer (Pilot) is responsible for the analysis, design, delivery and assurance of course material, specifically:
Course designers within Boeing provide an extremely important service in our drive and determination to provide mission critical solutions to the Defence and Security sector. What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role you will have UK military training needs analysis experience with a background in pilot training course design preferably with military instructional experience. Sound knowledge of course design methods and techniques and experience in the design and development of instructor-led and distance learning courseware outputs and be fully conversant with the direction and guidance set out in the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Joint Service Publication (JSP)822, Defence Direction and Guidance for Training and Education and DSAT.
