Job Description:

Do you want to be part of an exciting team of enthusiastic people, working at Oxford University Cafes and Hospitality at their various campus locations? We are currently looking for catering assistants and hospitality waiters to join our team.

Working Hours: Times will vary depending on requirements, but hours are generally Monday to Friday. You can choose shifts you would like to work depending on your availability.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Providing enthusiastic and friendly service to customers
2. Serving food and beverages (including alcohol)
3. Taking orders and upselling products
4. Preparing hot beverages
5. Helping to manage queues
6. Cash-handling and till work
7. Cleaning down workstations and tables

Requirements:

1. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is required
2. Confidence when interacting with people
3. Enthusiastic & energetic
4. Excellent teamwork skills
5. Good at working on your own initiative
