Job summary

CPM is seeking Merchandisers to work in the Oxford area. The role offers ~4-6 hours per week with potential to increase, paying £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding, with long-term, ongoing work available.

Flexible days across Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You’ll visit stores to set up POS materials, merchandise to planograms, and keep displays fresh.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains desirable.
• Own car is essential for carrying materials.

Responsibilities

• Visit high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Navigate fixtures and set up shelf displays to planograms.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms and ensure stock is visible on shelves.
• Top up products on shelves and displays to be eye-catching and easy to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock movement and lifting may be involved.
