Job summary

Oxbridge Summer Scholars seeks expert tutors for the Business, Economics & Entrepreneurship stream to deliver university-level instruction to motivated international students at Oxford and Cambridge. You will lead seminars, run tutorials, and supervise research projects within your subject area.

You will teach your specialist subject, collaborate with fellow tutors to ensure a coherent curriculum, and provide constructive feedback in the spirit of Oxbridge teaching.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in the relevant subject or closely related discipline is required.
• Oxford or Cambridge, G5 universities or Russell Group degree preferred; Master’s or PhD advantageous.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom; DBS/CRB check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver university-level teaching in seminars and lectures within your subject area.
• Run Oxbridge-style tutorials with individuals or pairs to foster independent thinking.
• Supervise students' research projects from topic development to final presentation.
• Prepare teaching materials and reading lists aligned to the interdisciplinary stream.
• Collaborate with the academic team to deliver a coherent, stimulating curriculum.
• Provide specific, constructive feedback in the spirit of Oxbridge teaching.
• Be available during the programme to respond to students’ academic questions.
