Qualifications

• A degree from Oxford, Cambridge, or a leading Russell Group university.

• Confidence, intellectual curiosity, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentoring to high-achieving students.
• Deliver small group mentoring to ambitious learners.
• Support Oxbridge, Medicine, and competitive university applications.
• Deliver stretch and challenge sessions beyond the national curriculum.
• Coach students on critical thinking, problem solving, and academic writing.
• Assist with entrance exam preparation (e.g., TSA, BMAT, MAT, LNAT).
