This is a distinctive graduate opportunity with a meaningful impact on students’ futures. You will mentor across GCSE and A‑Level subjects and help students prepare for top universities.

start ASAP or January 2027, long-term placements with potential permanent roles, and pathways into salaried teacher training from September 2027.

Qualifications

• Degree from the Universities of Oxford or Cambridge.
• First-Class or strong 2:1 academic background.
• Exceptional subject knowledge and intellectual curiosity.
• Outstanding communication skills and enthusiasm.
• Ability to inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• Genuine interest in education, mentoring or teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact academic mentoring across GCSE and A‑Level subjects.
• Support ambitious students aiming for Oxford, Cambridge and top universities.
• Provide subject-specific interventions in Mathematics, English, Sciences, Humanities or Languages.
• Develop students' critical thinking, independent learning and exam techniques.
• Support university preparation, enrichment and super-curricular activities.
• Work with teachers and leaders to raise aspirations and achievement.
