Please note this is a 30-hour per week contract. Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota is required.

Role Overview:

The Food and Beverage Assistant at OXBO Restaurant is responsible for delivering excellent guest service and supporting departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across all Food and Beverage areas, including the restaurant
• Greet guests politely and professionally
• Take and serve orders, ensuring high customer service standards
• Prepare table and room setups
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Manage guest queries efficiently
• Upsell using departmental incentives
• Maintain brand standards and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and licensing laws
• Support environmental initiatives
• Assist other departments as needed and foster good relationships
