Job summary

Insite Finance is seeking an OMB Manager to own a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and to build genuinely advisory relationships with clients beyond traditional compliance. You will engage directly with Directors and Partners, driving advisory work and opportunities for growth from day one.

The firm emphasizes internal promotion, giving you visibility into leadership decisions and a clear path toward Associate Director as you develop client advisory skills.

Qualifications

• This is an advisory-focused role rather than a compliance-heavy one.
• You’ll get proper client contact from day one and real visibility of how the senior team operates.
• The firm has a strong track record of promoting from within.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of OMB clients, acting as their day-to-day trusted adviser
• Getting involved in the advisory side, not just accounts and compliance
• Building strong personal relationships through regular client contact
• Spotting opportunities for additional work and flagging them to the wider team
• Reviewing work prepared by juniors and supporting their development
• Working closely with Directors and Partners on more complex assignments, with real exposure to how those decisions get made
