Insite Finance is seeking an OMB Partner to own a substantial owner-managed portfolio and shape the firm’s next growth phase. This role is advisory-led, serving as the senior voice for owner-managers when answers aren’t straightforward.

You’ll be the lead adviser to owner-managers, taking full ownership of a significant OMB portfolio and guiding advisory engagements from restructuring to growth planning. Real equity is available with a strong leadership team in place.

Formación

• Experience advising owner-managed businesses.
• Proven track record in leading advisory engagements.
• Ability to mentor and develop managers and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as lead adviser to owner-managers and their leadership teams on high-value matters.
• Take full ownership of an OMB portfolio, including startups and growing businesses.
• Lead advisory engagements from restructuring to growth planning.
• Develop new OMB work from existing and prospective clients.
• Coach and develop managers, shaping succession planning across the team.
• Contribute to setting and executing the firm's OMB strategy.
