Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Section Engineer for the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet highways project in Huntingdon. You will own a section from planning through delivery, coordinating activities with subcontractors and site teams.

You will also lead and develop site engineers and graduates, review designs, and manage RAMS/ITP processes while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Site-based civil engineering experience, ideally highways/infrastructure.
• SMSTS and CSCS card.
• IEng/CEng or working towards professional accreditation is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of your section of works from planning through to delivery.
• Coordinate site activities, programmes, subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage engineers and support the development of junior team members.
• Review designs, raise technical queries and manage site documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and implement mitigation.
• Oversee quality, inspections, ITPs, RAMS and NCR close-out.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and environmental compliance.
• Support commercial activities and identify efficiencies across your section.
