The Role
Holland & Barrett is expanding globally, and we are seeking a strategic Own Brand Sourcing Manager to drive cost-efficient sourcing, supplier performance, and sustainability across multiple product categories. As part of our global sourcing team, you will ensure high-quality, innovative products reach customers while optimizing costs and adhering to ethical and environmental standards. This role offers the chance to be a key player in the transformation of a fast-growing, international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement global sourcing strategies for own-label products, focusing on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Develop and manage Landed Cost models to inform procurement decisions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and Should-be cost models.
• Drive supplier performance and continuous improvements in quality, lead times, and inventory.
• Promote sustainable and ethical sourcing practices across the supply chain.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor KPIs.
• Streamline sourcing processes using lean methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and product innovation.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton with requirements to be in the office twice a week.

The Person

• Experience from within the food and beverages industry is essential
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management (or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of global supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
• Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and cost optimization.
• Strong financial acumen and advanced Excel skills.
• Commitment to sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
