If you have a strong background in early years education, leadership experience, and a commitment to high-quality childcare, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will make a significant impact on the development and daily management of GSAL Owls, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. During the day, you will also support the early years team as a teaching assistant particularly over lunchtime and where additional cover is required.
The successful candidate will have a relevant early years qualification at NVQ Level 3 or above. In addition, you should have paediatric first aid training and basic food hygiene, or a willingness to learn.
