At Together Dental Daventry, we are able to offer:

• Full-time vacancy working 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 4:30pm on a Friday.
• £12 per UDA with a target of 6,000 UDA.
• Any private work completed will be paid at a 50% private rate.
• An inclusive, friendly, and supportive team to enable you to deliver excellent patient care.
• An experienced and supportive supervisor dentist who will help you obtain your NHS performer number.
• Financial relocation support of up to £5,000, along with assistance in finding rental properties and applying for your NHS performer number.
• VISA sponsorship setup & paid for.
• Option to work with Chairside to help build private revenue with the support of our marketing team.

You will be joining a team with the superb support of:

• Access to our clinical support group
• Available Regional Manager and Clinical Director
• Support with any training to increase the services you offer (possible financial help too)
• Lead clinician on hand to help discuss cases and patient issues and actively encourage this.
• Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases
• We have a successful and robust internal marketing system which actively promotes individual dentist's special interests to direct patients for specific treatments.

Together Dental Daventry is a fully equipped 9-surgery mixed NHS & private practice located close to the high street in Daventry. Air-conditioned surgeries and free roadside parking are available. Our surgeries have a wide range of high-quality equipment and materials, ensuring you have the clinical freedom to offer high-quality patient care.

The practice can offer:

• Fully computerised, modern, well-equipped surgeries in a large, fully refurbished practice
• Excellent team morale with long-standing members both clinical and non-clinical
• An ethos of collaboration—encouraging case discussions among dentists/hygienists with or without patients present for second opinions, advice, and treatment planning
• A dedicated management structure to resolve issues swiftly with minimal disruption

• Dentally with patient portal and online booking and payment system
• Rotary Endodontic Equipment with apex locators for NHS and Private care
• Digital intra-oral cameras linked to large screen TVs

• Regularly serviced and maintained high-standard equipment
• Readily available and stocked materials
• Air-conditioned and ventilated surgeries
• Access to a team of hygienists operating three days a week in a dedicated hygienist surgery
