Role Description

What we are looking for:

We are seeking dynamic and talented individuals with a range of skills to join our team. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working patterns to support it.

Our company has a strong passion for education, starting with Dental Foundation Training, which our directors have been involved in for many years. Many of our practices and associates are involved in training. We continue to support newly graduated dentists, including those who have completed their Foundation year outside the UK, providing a supportive working environment.

Joining Rodericks means becoming part of a large support network with access to extensive experience.

You will have a dedicated mentor in practice for daily support. Additionally, our Overseas Clinical Advisor is available to provide guidance whenever needed.

Our wider clinical team offers support in various areas, including career progression, material requests, productivity, CPD, and managing patient complaints.

Reasons to work with Rodericks:

  • Discounted lab work through our UK-based, DAMAS registered dental laboratory
  • A regularly updated catalogue of quality materials, including rotary endo and high-quality composites
  • Discounted indemnity insurance with Densura
  • In-house CPD programme with online and face-to-face sessions at discounted prices
  • A dedicated clinical team supporting daily practice needs, complaints, private and specialist treatments, and training
  • Comprehensive materials with flexibility to request additional supplies
  • An in-house private and specialist team to assist in building a private practice and expanding service offerings

We are here to help. For more information, please get in touch.
