Team: Overseas Operations Administration

Salary: Excellent

Contract Type: Permanent

Drive a culture of colleague development, constantly driving for process improvements and finding efficiencies to enable enhanced support to all stakeholders whilst remaining cost-conscious.

As our Overseas Operations Team Manager, you’ll lead, motivate and develop a team of Overseas Operations Senior Executives and Overseas Operations Executives, who provide technical, logistical, operational, analytical, and administrative support to the overseas teams, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll manage, motivate and drive high productivity of a team of Overseas Operations Executives and Senior Executives, including planning and prioritising workloads to meet company deadlines. All whilst creating a culture of developing colleagues to maximise their potential.
• You’ll use the Management Information that is available to influence and improve business performance across both the UK Team and colleagues in destination.
• You’ll identify and drive efficiencies across the team and wider business with policy and process evolution and outsourcing opportunities where relevant.

What you’ll have:

• You’ll have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the business including Senior Managers.
• You’ll be a positive leader and role model for the team and be an ambassador for the wider department.
• You’ll have self-motivation, enthusiasm, flexibility, pace and a strong colleague and customer service focus.
