Job summary

DCA Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive / FX Broker in Cardiff to generate new business and connect with business owners and decision-makers. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with full training and relocation support.

With a realistic Year 1 OTE of £80,000 and uncapped commissions, the role offers an excellent path to senior broker and management positions in an international FX services team.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, B2B sales or business development is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets with a willingness to relocate overseas.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify companies with international payment and currency requirements.
• Introduce prospective clients to FX solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate client information within the CRM.
• Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
