Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician to support the US Defense Intelligence Enterprise from the Joint Analysis Center at RAF Molesworth, UK. You will safeguard facilities by enforcing security protocols, monitoring access, and reviewing construction activities to detect threats.

The CST will embed at RAF Molesworth and may travel within USEUCOM/USA FRICOM areas, including CONUS/OCONUS locations, with shifts and potential overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• HS Diploma or GED with 5+ years in construction security surveillance or related experience.
• 2+ years of overseas construction service for the DoD.
• Completion of the DoS SE631 Construction Surveillance Technician Course.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreign national construction workers and activities on site.
• Document construction activities and security incidents.
• Perform inspections of materials, tools and equipment for tampering or anomalies.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and daily CST logs.
• Identify anomalies in finished work against project plans and report.
