Description

As an Overnight worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store remains organised, well-stocked, and ready to provide a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include restocking merchandise, organizing inventory, ensuring product displays look their best, and maintaining a tidy store environment.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Replenish & restock the sales floor.
  • Organise the stockroom for efficient restocking.
  • Assist with merchandising and store layout changes.
  • Ensure that all display areas are neat, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Handle deliveries and check the quality of stock received.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, following health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet nightly tasks and productivity goals.

  • Night Shift Hours: This position requires working overnight hours, which may include late evenings and early mornings. Ensure that this schedule fits your lifestyle and that you can commit to being consistently available during these times.
  • Independent Work: While you’ll be part of a team, much of the work is done independently. You should be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time effectively to meet nightly targets.
  • Adaptability: The retail environment can change rapidly, with different tasks and priorities each night. You need to be flexible and willing to take on various responsibilities as needed.
