Job summary

Aspris Rocester is seeking a dedicated Waking Nights Support Worker to provide overnight care, supervision, and emotional support to children and young people in a residential home. You will conduct welfare checks, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate records to help create a safe and nurturing environment.

Continuous CPD and development opportunities are offered, with automatic enrolment onto NVQ/SVQ qualifications within 6 months and potential progression to degree level.

Qualifications

• Night shift work is required.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Ability to work with children and young people in a residential setting.
