BrisDoc in Bristol is seeking a SevernSide Overnight GP to manage a broad range of urgent care presentations, providing patient care via telephone, video or face-to-face consultations, and making prescribing decisions including end-of-life adjustments with care and caution.

You will work across Treatment Centres, mobile home visiting, and telephone triage, supporting clinicians and contributing to peak-demand rotas while maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation for continuity of care.

Responsabilités

• Assess and manage wide range of urgent primary care presentations across age groups
• Provide telephone, video or face-to-face consultations
• Prescribe appropriately including end-of-life adjustments
• Document thoroughly to support continuity of care
• Mentor clinicians and contribute to peak-demand rotas
