Overnight Temporary General Assistant - Widnes, Cheshire

Job Type: Temporary (Overnight - 2 Nights a Week) - 16 hours per week

JD Gyms is an exciting, award-winning budget gym chain that is quickly expanding across the UK and transforming the sector. We invest over £1.5m in fitting out our gyms to create top-quality, stylish environments for our members.

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards who can balance interacting with our members while ensuring the job is done efficiently.

The Role:

1. Perform cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
2. Provide excellent customer service; actively seek feedback and suggest improvements.
3. Record all cleaning duties and tasks on relevant checklists to ensure standards are met.
4. Adhere to COSHH regulations, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
5. Part-time hours, mainly in the evenings.
6. Compensation: National Minimum Wage.

The Candidate:

1. Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
2. Passionate about exceeding expectations.
3. Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
4. Effective communication skills and approachable attitude towards members and staff.
