Job summary

CareTech is recruiting Wake Night Support Workers to join our Copperplate service in Chatham, Kent. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, delivering care overnight and helping with daily living tasks.

You will work a rotation including nights, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, building independence and wellbeing while maintaining accurate records and following individual support plans.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 Health and Social Care
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
• Enhanced DBS required

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care when required
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Support activities, appointments and community access
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins
