Slim Chickens in the United Kingdom is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, lead a team, and ensure top-quality food and safety standards. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and close collaboration with Front of House to ensure seamless service.

Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays is expected as part of our busy hospitality setting.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills enabling guidance of a kitchen team.
• Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Managing inventory, monitoring stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
• Collaborating with Front of House to ensure seamless service.
• Handling kitchen issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Supporting staff training and development to uphold brand standards.
• Creating a positive, productive work environment for the kitchen team.
