Job summary

Interserve Healthcare is seeking carers to support a young girl in the Newark area with overnight care. You will follow a detailed care plan and work to help the child reach her full potential in a compassionate, consistent manner.

You will be part of a dedicated team, receive full supervision, and access ongoing training. A registered nurse will assist with clinical questions and ensure competency in care delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in a complex care setting.
Experience with PEG feeds.
Experience with suctioning.
Experience with ventilators and chest physio plans.
Moving & Handling Equipment.
Driver's license required due to location.

Responsibilities

Be part of a special care team delivering overnight care to our client who is a delightful child to help her reach her full potential.
Deliver overnight care in line with the care plan and respond to clinical needs.
Attend regular supervision and team meetings; a registered nurse will support with clinical concerns.
