Ideal candidates have complex care experience, hold a full UK driving licence, and are flexible for night shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in complex care setting preferred.
• Must have full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to work overnight/night shifts.

Aufgaben

• Deliver overnight care in line with the care plan.
• Support client with PEG feeding, ventilation, and chest physio.
• Collaborate with registered nurse for clinical concerns and queries.
• Attend regular supervision and team meetings.
