Job summary

Leader Online seeks an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to transport goods across routes with due regard to safety and timelines. You will load, unload and secure cargo, maintain vehicle standards, and comply with UK driving regulations. The role emphasizes teamwork and integrity in daily operations.

Expect long-distance journeys, flexible shift patterns, and standard driving hours around 45 per week, with DBS check in place to ensure safety and responsibility across activities.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Excellent knowledge of UK road networks.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGVs (Class 2) to transport goods according to schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
• Interact professionally with clients and load/unload goods safely.
