Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist users with information inquiries and OPAC navigation.
• Help users find books and use copiers/printers.
• Restock paper trays and restock supplies when needed.
• Gather and record basic statistics and follow information services policies.
• Patrol the library regularly and be able to climb stairs during shifts.
• Respond calmly and address user needs promptly.
