MOXY London Excel is seeking a Night Auditor (Night Crew Member) for a full-time contract in London. You will run the night audit, balance daily accounts, and prepare the hotel for the following day while helping guests and delivering guest-focused service.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, proactive, and a strong team player with high energy who can multi-task and speak English fluently.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal travel/travel industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Run the night audit and balance the day’s accounts.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day.
• Assist guests and create positive experiences.
• Manage room inventory and check guests in/out the Moxy way.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
• Manage all bills and payments accurately.
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety policies.
• Support other crewmembers and follow direction from crew leaders.
• Promote & support the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
