Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events is seeking a Facilities Technician for out-of-hours coverage at Skegness. The role covers a wide range of maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general upkeep, with 4 on/4 off shifts (19:00–07:00 or 20:00–08:00) on a rota.

Work is onsite and requires practical skills to keep resort operations running smoothly. You will respond to issues after hours, identify faults, mitigate risks and escalate as required, while supporting the wider

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and decorating.
• Respond to out-of-hours issues, identify faults, mitigate risk and escalate as needed.
• Ensure tools, materials and parts are available and stock levels maintained.
• Work with the wider facilities team to minimise guest disruption and maintain Brand standards.
