We aim for every McDonald's customer to have a brilliant experience every time they visit—hot food in a clean, friendly restaurant. As an Overnight Crew Member, you'll make this happen by preparing food, serving on the till, or looking after customers in the dining areas. You will consistently deliver high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, providing friendly, fast, and accurate service. Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines, and management instructions. Follow all safety, security, and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally, and you’ll work well as part of a team, enjoying the camaraderie of the Overnight shift. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential.
