Job summary

Advantage Healthcare in Crawley is expanding its complex care team and is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Assistant. You will provide clinical care for a gentleman with multiple complex needs, including diabetes, respiratory and cardiac care, and you will monitor overnight with a CPAP ventilator, while administering medications as required.

We welcome applicants with a background in care and a full UK licence with access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care preferred.
• Ventilation support experience desirable.
• Medication administration experience required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for a gentleman with multiple complex needs.
• Monitor the client overnight with a CPAP ventilator and administer prescribed medications.
• Support the care plan and participate in ongoing care assessments.
