NWCare in Waterside is seeking experienced home care assistants for an overnight complex care rota. The role runs from 20:00 to 08:00 with non-drivers welcome to apply.

Full training is provided at NWCare's in-house academy, and Enhanced AccessNI is requested. NWCare offers an excellent hourly rate, pro rata annual leave, ongoing CPD and access to training academies across Northern Ireland, plus mentoring and opportunities for internal progression.

Qualifications

• QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Valid Enhanced AccessNI certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight, person-centred care from 20:00–08:00.
• Promote dignity, respect and comfort for clients.
• Deliver community-based support within the Waterside rota.
• Be well organised, professional and caring in function.
• Engage in training and development through NWCare.
