• Observe and document client behaviors and progress for the treatment team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Report safety, medical, or behavioral concerns to the clinical team.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HCANA policies.
• Assist with general facility operations during overnight duty.
• Collaborate with counselors, medical staff, and team members.
