Job summary

Amore Complexcare is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to assist a gentleman in Runcorn with mental health needs. Experience in health and social care is required; a full UK driving licence is essential. The role runs 9pm–9am with 24–48 hours per week, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. No sponsorship is offered.

The candidate will provide compassionate, 1:1 night-time support in a home environment, ensuring safety, engagement, and smooth nightly routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care settings.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Comfortable around dogs.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Mandatory training including medication handling, manual handling and client hoist.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one waking night support for the gentleman from 9pm to 9am.
• Support daily living activities and ensure safety and wellbeing during night shifts.
