Ipsum is seeking an experienced Overhead Line Person Training Assessor to join our growing training team in Stoke-on-Trent. You will deliver high-quality overhead line training and assess learner competence against industry standards across the electrical distribution sector.

Ideal candidates have extensive overhead line experience and are passionate about developing learners, with opportunities for professional qualifications and career progression within a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in electrical/engineering.
• Extensive overhead line experience within the electrical distribution industry.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programmes to overhead line learners.
• Assess learner competence against industry standards.
• Plan, prepare and deliver practical and theoretical sessions.
• Maintain learner records and assessment documentation.
