TRS Staffing has a fantastic new role for an Overhead Line Project Engineer.

The role involves acting as a discipline overhead line engineer for major 400kV, 275kV, and 132kV Transmission projects, working as part of a multidisciplinary project engineering team.

The Role

1. Lead Project Engineering: Take on a lead role in project engineering, overseeing engineering governance and coordinating all engineering disciplines.
2. Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for overhead line engineering and represent engineering at key strategic, commercial, program, and site project meetings.
3. Support and Collaboration: Support and assist other team members in managing engineering risks and leveraging opportunities for project success.
4. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, supported by a Senior Overhead Line Engineer and reporting to an Engineering Manager.

Your Profile (Essential)

• HND or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.
• Experience specific to transmission infrastructure.
• Minimum degree qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Proven experience with plan/profile designs.
