In the role of Engineer working on Overhead Transmission Line projects, you will be responsible for supervising a team of design engineers specializing in Overhead Transmission Lines. This team will be working on a variety of projects encompassing overhead transmission lines ranging from 11kV to 400kV.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical evaluations and offering problem-solving solutions to team members.
2. Preparing written proposals outlining project details such as timeline, resource allocation, budget, objectives, and goals.
3. Offering technical guidance and input throughout project implementation, statutory planning, and public consultation events.
4. Managing engineering and design activities related to overhead lines, including PLS-CADD modeling, line routing, structure analysis, and developing design criteria.
